Order your prescription

Request your prescription from your doctor and have it sent to a participating pharmacy electronically.

Wait for a text message

Once your medication is ready and loaded into the MedPoint locker by the pharmacy team, you will receive an automated text message.

Enter your PIN

The text will contain a unique, secure PIN. Go to the MedPoint locker and enter this PIN into the keypad or on the touchscreen.

Collect your prescription

The machine will retrieve your medication, and it will be delivered to a collection hatch or shelf for you to pick up.
