Please note: If your ear wax is not yet soft enough at your first appointment, we may need to schedule a follow-up visit. We recommend using olive oil or ear drops for 3–5
days prior to your appointment to help soften the wax.

Does it hurt?

Do I need to prepare before my appointment?

What if the wax isn't soft enough on the day?
If the wax is too hard or compacted to remove safely at your first appointment, your clinician will advise you on softening drops and arrange a follow-up appointment. Your health and safety are our priority — we will never attempt removal in conditions where it could cause harm.
Who is the service suitable for?

Patients with perforated eardrums, active ear infections, or recent ear surgery may not be eligible your clinician will advise you accordingly.
